What is Endotine?
Endotine is a safe, biocompatible material
approved by the U.S. FDA.
Unlike pins or simple sutures that concentrate force in one spot, Endotine distributes tension evenly, helping to prevent side effects and recurrence while providing more natural wrinkle improvement.
It naturally dissolves over time in the body, offering semi-permanent effects and is widely used in various lifting and anti-aging procedures.
Forehead Lift Surgical Effects
Step 01
A small incision is made inside the hairline to conceal scars after surgery.
Step 02
An endoscope is used to check the location of nerves and blood vessels, allowing for safe and even dissection of the sagging forehead.
Step 03
Endotine is placed on the skull or deep fascia, then the sagging forehead is lifted and fixed based on eyebrow position and forehead wrinkles.

Forehead Lift Frequently Asked Questions FAQ
Here are some frequently asked questions about the forehead statue.
Q. Can a Forehead Lift Correct Uneven Eyebrows?
Yes, it can. In fact, forehead lift surgery is the only procedure that can correct eyebrow asymmetry by adjusting the fixation strength on each side.
Q. If a forehead lift targets the upper face, can it be combined with lower eyelid or subbrow lift surgery?
Yes, it is possible.
Additionally, since the forehead augmentation and surgery sites are different, there is no problem in performing the surgery at the same time, and it has the advantage of being able to improve sagging eyelids more effectively.
Q. Why Does Swelling Occur Around the Eyes After a Forehead Lift?
During a forehead lift, supporting ligaments around the eyebrows as well as the corrugator and parts of the orbicularis oculi muscle are removed or released, which can cause puffiness around the upper eyelid. Bruising and swelling vary by individual, but most people can resume daily activities within a week after surgery.
Q. Can I Get Forehead Fat Grafting or Fillers After a Forehead Lift?
Yes, you can. However, it is recommended to wait at least three months after a forehead lift before getting fat grafting or fillers. This allows time for the incision to heal and for tissue space to stabilize, resulting in better volume enhancement.

Precautions and Aftercare Tips
- When using an ice pack,
Cold Compress: Store in the freezer for at least 20–30 minutes before use
Warm Compress: Soak in hot water or microwave for 30–40 seconds before use - Swelling around the eyes may occur for about a week after surgery.
- You may experience tingling or dull sensations after surgery.
- Do not remove the forehead bandage until you return to the clinic.
- Some patients may experience nausea after surgery.
- Blood may accumulate in the forehead, which can be drained 1 to 3 times if needed.
- Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking for about 2 weeks after surgery.
- For the first 2 days, sleep without a pillow and lie flat if possible. Elevating your upper body may cause bruising and swelling to move toward the eyes.
- When washing your hair, tilt your head back carefully. Dry your hair and incision area thoroughly, then apply ointment to the incision using a cotton swab.
- Initially, the forehead may look wider due to shininess and swelling.
- The appearance of a wider forehead will gradually subside within 1–2 months after surgery.
- If you have any concerns or face an emergency after discharge, be sure to contact the clinic.
